ADVISO recently introduced a significant new section to the Ford Global Brand Licensing portal.  Projex5 based Project Management tools have been modified to fit the product licensing submission process.  With only one week in operation, the process has proven to be a tremendous time saver and overall efficiency tool for all parties involved.
